We want to thank all who are participating in the CHIA conference and wiretap class. Unfortunately, this refund policy will be strictly adhered to going forward from 2023 and supersede all other refund policies.

All refunds are at the sole discretion of CHIA regardless of dates posted to the website. 

There are no refunds unless you have spoken to a CHIA Board of Director (BOD) of the request. The request needs approval from the President or Treasurer prior to any refunds being considered for a partial or full refund.

Refunds and cancellations dates are clearly expressed throughout the website and NO refunds will be issued after such dates. CHIA does not have a return policy as no goods are being purchased.

Requests through your credit card company will be challenged by CHIA to protect the good name of this organization and its members!

CHIA has the discretion of issuing credit for the following year conference ONLY. That credit can be used by another member in good standing within the organization at the sole discretion of CHIA.

We apologize for any confusion this may cause. This policy is to help protect active members of CHIA attending the annual conference. 

ALL approved refunds incur a 3% fee to cover credit card costs.
