The vendor registration consists of a six foot skirted table, two chairs and an electrical outlet plug. The size is approximately 8'x10' with no back-drops; and corner spots are available which are usually reserved for larger displays (10'x10' display would fit here).

The sponsor/vendor area is located in the Grand Ballroom which is on the second floor of the Fantasy Tower. To help the vendors maximize their exposure to our membership, CHIA has coordinated having the following activities in/near the same room as the vendor displays:

1. Conference Registration

2. Morning continental breakfast & coffee

3. Raffle prize announcements, displays & pick-up!

By listening to our vendors from prior years and putting their ideas into place, this has been very well received by both vendors and membership alike. CHIA has also designated scheduled break times into our Conference program to help vendors plan for staffing during certain times.
